Culvert Replacement Closes Part
of 2300 East in Millcreek
Salt Lake County Public Works has closed a portion of 2300 East in the Millcreek Township to all through traffic to expedite the replacement of a culvert. The culvert carries Mill Creek under the roadway.The road is closed on 2300 East from Evergreen Avenue (3400 South) to Keller Lane (3600 South) beginning today and running through Sunday.
Salt Lake County Public Works crews anticipate opening the road to traffic in time for the Monday morning commute.
The County has worked closely with the Millcreek community to expedite the culvert replacement. Crews will be working late on Friday and Saturday evenings.
