Join Tracy Aviary September 1st for International Vulture Awareness Day.Venture into the world of vultures at this internationally celebrated event and spend part of your Labor Day weekend in the company of some of nature’s ultimate recyclers.
Meet Tracy Aviary’s resident vultures up close and participate in a variety of crafts and activities based on these misunderstood carrion connoisseurs. Just by visiting Tracy Aviary on September 1, you will be helping to support conservation of this most threatened group of birds; $1 from every admission, as well as 10% of all gift shop sales, on this day will be donated to the California Condor Recovery Program.
The fun begins at noon with a vulture demonstration; you don’t want to miss it!
